Cancellation Policy

We understand that life events may occasionally interfere with scheduled appointments. To ensure fairness to both our clients and therapists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

First Visit Cancellation

  1. Please provide a minimum of 24-hours’ notice for any cancellations or modifications to your first visit appointment.
  2. A same-day cancellation or no-show will result in the loss of any first visit discount benefits.
  3. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our therapists’ time and commitment to your well-being.

First Visit Cancellation

Members Cancellation

  1. As a member, we request 24-hours’ notice for any cancellations or modifications to your scheduled appointments.
  2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in full charges being applied to your account.
  3. However, if we are able to fill your previously reserved space with another guest, the cancellation fee will be waived.
  4. Your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy ensures a positive experience for all members.

General Cancellation Policy

  1. Non-members are also required to provide 24-hours’ notice for cancellations or modifications to appointments.
  2. Failure to do so will result in full charges being applied to your account.
  3. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your timely communication to minimize disruptions.

Late Arrivals Policy

  1. We strive to accommodate late arriving guests up to 15-20 minutes past their scheduled appointment time.
  2. Beyond this grace period, the treatment is considered a no-show, and the session will be canceled.
  3. If you arrive within the grace period, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.

Cancellation Fee Justification

  1. Our therapists maintain a busy schedule to ensure optimal care and service for all clients.
  2. Late cancellations and no-shows result in lost appointment times that could have been filled by other guests.
  3. These policies help us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system for everyone’s benefit.

Important Note

Please be aware that cancellation charges cannot be billed to your insurance provider. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy to ensure a positive experience for all clients and therapists.
