Cancellation Policy

We understand that life events may occasionally interfere with scheduled appointments. To ensure fairness to both our clients and therapists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

We kindly ask all clients—whether first-time visitors, members, or returning guests—to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a full session fee being charged, and in the case of first visits, any promotional or discounted rates will be forfeited.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, timely notice helps us accommodate other guests and support our therapists, who dedicate their time exclusively to your care. If we are able to fill your reserved time slot with another client, we may waive the cancellation fee as a courtesy.

Please note that late arrivals beyond 15–20 minutes may be treated as a no-show and the session may be cancelled, while shorter delays will result in a reduced treatment time with the full fee still applicable. Your cooperation ensures a respectful and efficient experience for everyone at Massage Quest.
